With a master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs and years of experience working with students in educational settings, Caprice has dedicated her career to creating spaces where young people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed. Throughout her work in residence life, leadership development, mentoring, and student engagement, she has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that encouragement, community, and positive role models can have on a young person's life.

Novae Girls Collective was born from Caprice's passion for helping girls navigate some of the most formative years of their lives. She recognizes that adolescence is a critical time when girls are developing confidence, discovering their identity, building relationships, and beginning to shape their vision for the future. Through Novae Girls Collective, she hopes to create the kind of supportive community where girls feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to embrace their brilliance.

Inspired by the belief that every girl carries a unique light within her, Caprice created Novae Girls Collective to provide mentorship, leadership development, wellness-centered programming, and meaningful connections that help girls grow into brighter versions of themselves. Her vision is to illuminate the next generation of girls by creating spaces where confidence grows, leadership emerges, and brilliance blooms.

Outside of her professional work, Caprice is passionate about community building, personal development, creativity, and empowering women and girls to pursue lives of purpose and impact.
